Slide13 : Immanuel Kant State University of Russia Cooperation with the City Administration There is an agreement between IKSUR and City Administration (Department of Education) concerning training specialist for the city Annual joint research conferences on the problems of municipal education Workshops and seminars with the employers Cooperation with The Baltic Business Club (competition 'Formula of Success') Representatives of city administration and employers regularly give lectures at IKSUR The University has well-established links with regional research institutions, industrial and business enterprises and with the local authorities. Scholars from the University have worked with the regional authorities in drafting development strategies for the Kaliningrad region.

The Baltic University Urban Forum builds on SUPERBS. It is a cooperation between cities/towns and universities in the Baltic Sea region to promote sustainable development.
