Aalborg Defence- and Garrison Museum:
Aalborg Defence- and Garrison Museum Aalborg has been a garrison town since 1779 and after the WW2 and during the Cold War period it has been the largest garrison in Denmark. In the museum you will be able to see different equipment, weapons etc. That the the Army, The Air Force, the Home Guard, the Civil Defence and the police used in that time.

As I said it is full of discos, so you are never able to get tired of being there, because you can choose a different one everytime

If you are interested in animals then you have to go to Aalborg Zoo. Aalborg Zoo opened in 1935. The is a lovely green garden where you get close to 1600 exciting and endangered animals from the whole world. Aalborg Zoo works for protecting endangered species through an international breeding project with zoological gardens all over the world.

One of the largest amusements is the 40m high “boomerang”You go through loops, spins and “you get twisted around, until you stop 40m up and you think that it is all over - but then it starts again this time backwards! This ride is the coolest and most scary rollercoster there, but there are of course other thrilling rides that are waiting for you!!!
Tivoliland is even more exiting if you go in the evenings where the are large water fountain grounds, flower arrangements, and the fascinating lighting from thousands of lightbulbs in the evenings.
