I like to apply foundation and powder before eye products so that I don’t mess up my eyeshadow. 1) Apply a skin-toned primer from lash line up through the brows and to your lower lash line. Fill in your eyebrows. : 1) Apply a skin-toned primer from lash line up through the brows and to your lower lash line.
