1) Begin with foundation. : 

1) Begin with foundation. I apply my face products first so I don’t mess up my eye makeup afterwards.

2) Apply an eyeshadow primer from your lash line up through your eyebrows and on your lower lash line. Fill in your eyebrows. :

3) Apply a bright eyeshadow to the outer half of your lid, staying below the crease. :

6) To soften the edges of the teal, apply a matte tan shadow to your crease, focusing most of the color on the outer portion and blending it inwards. :

8) For the lower lash line, I applied the white to the inner third, the deeper teal to the middle third, and the tan to the outer third with a small, stiff angle brush. :

9) To really make the teal pop, I used a black liquid liner on my top lash line, making it thicker and slightly winged on the outer portion and gradually getting thinner towards the inner corner. :

10) To complete the look, apply mascara to top and bottom lashes, and apply your lipstick, and you’re finished with the makeup. :

For the hair, I used a root boosting spray for the crown and a volumizing mousse through the rest. I used a round brush to blow dry the crown, and I scrunched the rest of my hair with a diffuser. :

Once it’s dry, I misted a setting spray on my hair and curled it with a small barrel curling iron. I took 1-inch sections, held them up and out, clamped the curling iron towards the root and wrapped the hair around, leaving the very ends of my hair free. I held the curling iron in place for a few seconds, then rotated the curling iron slightly and held it for a few more seconds before releasing the hair. Then, I mess up and break up the curls with my fingers. :
