What is the Innovative Leadership Project? It’s a seven-month leadership development process for local church teams It teaches teams how to generate ideas and to develop growth strategies It has a congregational development mindset: It looks at the whole system of the congregation and how it connects to its members and the people who live in the community where the church is located

Invite Other Churches to Join You: 

Invite Other Churches to Join You Work with your Conference, District, or Community to invite other churches to join you for the four seminars. If you are doing your own group, identify two people to be the seminar leaders who will be equipped through the ILP Seminar Leader Webinars which are given the week before each seminar.

Recruit your team: 

Recruit your team The ILP Team should be made up of the lead pastor, staff related to the overall program of the church, and key laity who have influence in the congregation. This group will need to commit to attending the ILP Seminars and the TeamWork meetings during the course of seven-months. They also will be asked to pray for each other and the ministry of the church. You should have from five to ten people on your ILP Team

This also gives you the rights to use the material in all areas of your church ministry.

Ten Innovative Leadership Guidebooks The Innovative Leadership Project Guidebook is the participant workbook that contains all the material related to the four ILP Seminars, MyWork and TeamWork Sessions, articles, and copies of the various ILP Tools used throughout the seven-month process.

ILP USB Flashdrive The ILP USB Flashdrive gives your church all the material that is used in the Four Innovative Leadership Seminars plus a full slate of ILP Tools you can use for leader development. Some of the tools include the Spiritual Life Template , Spiritual Gifts Assessment , the powerful VAP-IT Planning Tool , Roles of Innovation , Discovering your Niche, and the ILP Church Assessment.
