What is the Innovative Leadership Project? It’s a seven-month leadership development process for local church teams It teaches teams how to generate ideas and to develop growth strategies It has a congregational development mindset: It looks at the whole system of the congregation and how it connects to its members and the people who live in the community where the church is located

Recruit your team: 

Recruit your team The ILP Team should be made up of the lead pastor, staff related to the overall program of the church, and key laity who have influence in the congregation. This group will need to commit to attending the ILP Seminars and the TeamWork meetings during the course of seven-months. They also will be asked to pray for each other and the ministry of the church. You should have from five to ten people on your ILP Team
