The Innovative Leadership Project starts with this simple idea: “If you want to change your church, first you have to change yourself.”

Slide 7:

When we first started I was frustrated. I wanted to get to work on the problems we had in our church. But after going through the first month, I realized in order for my church to change, I had to change first. I learned my spiritual life and the spiritual life of the people on our leadership team had a direct influence on the total life of our congregation. 2010-2011 Participant
