It’s not about your ability to write well.
It IS about getting noticed.

We live in a world of information overload on and off line.

Too Much Information. Today, along with your book, there were possibly another 10,000 books published, 1,000,000+ websites or web pages published on-line, if you're not already well known who is going to notice you?
You must get a share of those interested eyeballs looking at your book or there will be no sales and no fame.
Is it really a hopeless situation? Not at all.

J.K. Rowling tried more than 10 publishers before she found one prepared to give her a chance.

What do they have in common? They are all prolific writers, they often write under pseudonyms as well as their own names. The name alone can sell 100,000 copies of their latest book.
All struggled to get started but they didn't stop writing.
What can You do? :

Attract the correct traffic to that sales page.
Get that correct traffic engaged with your site.
Encourage them to buy your book.
Write another one in a similar theme.
Encourage your readers to buy the next one.
Rinse and Repeat.
