Southeastern corridor of San Francisco Has the reputation as SF’s most overlooked eastern neighborhood Geographically isolated region Links Daly City and Brisbane to San Francisco Who Lives in Visitacion Valley (Source: San Francisco Planning Dept.): Who Lives in Visitacion Valley (Source: San Francisco Planning Dept.) Population size = 14,000 57% Asian (includes Chinese, Filipino, Samoan) 16% Latino 14% White 13% African American Other sources state that approximately 7% of population is of 2 or more ethnicities. Visitacion Valley Basics: Visitacion Valley Basics Sunnydale, predominantly a public housing neighborhood. By fly-ing in a "V" formation, the whole flock adds 71 percent greater flying range than if each bird flew alone.
