The Inevitable Recreation By: Charlie Bear

Slide 2:

They traveled the cosmos searching for worlds to build. Once found they would breath life into it and start the building process..

Slide 3:

Worlds such as this one; land masses, water ways, and atmospheres to support life.

Slide 4:

They opened the heavens and made them clear and blue; like the reflection of their eyes.

Slide 5:

They filled the land with forests of all kinds, and shapes and gave them plenty of fresh clean water to nourish them.

Slide 6:

Lush green fields to roam and wild creatures to feed upon.

Slide 7:

The creatures came in all shapes and sizes and inhabited the entire planet.

Slide 8:

Their creativity knew no bounds and their imaginations were limitless.

Slide 9:

In the frozen tundra they created the land of the midnight sun.

Slide 10:

And yet in other areas the earth lay barren and parched. Where seemingly no life would exist, but exist it did.

Slide 11:

They populated the planet with beings in their own likeness. And gave them dominion over it.

Slide 12:

They grew and multiplied.

Slide 13:

Soon great multitudes sprang forth and filled the lands from shore to shore.

Slide 14:

They continued to multiply and cause chaos and frustration amongst themselves.

Slide 15:

They built and industrialized their world; much like their creator’s did. Only they did not take care of their environment, and it became poisoned from their filth.

Slide 16:

Their abuse continued, until the water became toxic. It would not sustain life as it once did.

Slide 17:

Wars broke out amongst them; battling over the things that they once took for granted.

Slide 18:

The lush green fields that once fed the many creatures of the land, now became fields of the dead soldiers: mother’s sons and fathers who wouldn’t be coming home again.

Slide 19:

Then the time had come, the land and sky rebelled against the creatures that walked it. The people called upon their makers and pleaded for another chance…

Slide 20:

Their pleas fell on deaf ears, and the skies opened up on them…….

Slide 21:

Nature waged a war of another kind on its enemies and gave no quarter; for no quarter was given it.

Slide 22:

The war raged on for months, wiping out all before it.

Slide 23:

No haven was immune from it’s fury, and no structure was safe.

Slide 24:

No where was safe to hide from hells fury unleashed…

Slide 25:

And in the end all was as it was in the beginning; no life, only the scarred remains of a culture that once was and may never be again.
