Why need such Precautions??? Many of us start preparations for rejoining our physical office that means we have to go outside very soon. Vaccine formulation is yet to be complete, so, we are still not safe out there therefore to protect ourselves and our loved ones form the Caronovirus’s attack, precautions are mandatory. So, BivocalBirds come together with some extra precautions besides government guidelines for office safety, which you should maintain while commuting to the work in this Coronavirus Pandemic…

Additional Precaution measures for employers: Make detailed planning activities with needed workers only, rest can continue their work from home. Provide transportation for your workers. Provides a series of testing checkpoints at the office to make sure a red flag can be raised if someone is not feeling well. Make sure only 50% of the workspace is occupied to prevent the gathering of a crowd in the office space.

Encourage your employee to maintain hygiene, keep tissues, hand sanitizer, soap, disinfectant wipes readily available to all employees.

So, schedule those areas with additional cleaning and disinfection, both before reopening the office and as a new normal routine. To make more virus-free, try Installing antimicrobial hardware throughout your facility. Invest in more automated and voice-activated technology as it will eliminate common touchpoints that are frequently used throughout the office.

Don’t touch your face, mouth, or nose, as this might increase the risk of infection.

Prefer not to eat from outside and it will be best if you avoid it. Sanitize your hands now and then and especially maintain extreme precautious for surroundings in office washrooms. If you find any COVID symptoms – cold, fever, breathlessness, or loss of sense of taste or smell – stop going to the office immediately and seek medical health, and tell others to do the same if it happens to them as well.
