Conclusions: Conclusions Government efficiency and overall Economic performance are lagging!
Business efficiency and the attitude toward business development are basically strong, healthy and realistic: to accept internationalism, adaptability and entrepreneurship is key! And Taiwan does!
Taiwan must work on its image abroad!
Promote increased quality of education particularly at the university level
Strengthen focus on health, anti-pollution and quality of life!
