Live Well: Are you conscious, committed and competent making healthy daily choices? Do you have a mission statement and specific goals for this upcoming year? Do you have the internal motivation to develop your own program and/or do you have a wellness support and accountability system?

Live Well, Con’t: 

Live Well, Con’t Are you engaged in a workout program that strengthens your entire muscles group, improves your cardiovascular fitness, and engages appropriate stretching techniques? Do you nourish your system with three healthy meals and three healthy snacks on a daily basis? Do you drink at least six glasses of water daily? Do you have a logging system to track your accomplishments and deter lapses?

Integrity with Relationships Do you evaluate your integrity in relationships rather than find flaws in your loved ones? Do you consistently demonstrate respect, fondness, and admiration to those that are closest to you? Do you tolerate difference attitudes and approaches to life tasks? Do you turn towards loved ones in good times and bad?

Integrity with Relationships: 

Integrity with Relationships Do you give your loved one’s time, attention, and affection? Do you treat loved ones with admiration and fondness? Do you avoid uncontrolled anger, critical non-verbals, stonewalling, and power and control? Are you a good listener and stay calm when the potential for conflict is high?

Integrity with Relationships Have you developed rituals with loved ones to reflect on positive relationship memories? Do you have an active spiritual and/or faith life to make your life more meaningful? Are you aware of your relationships strengths and growth areas? Do you have a plan to “stretch your comfort zone” and try to bring out the best in others including yourself?

Do you work in an environment that brings out the best in you? Have you struck a healthy balance between work and other priorities? Do you believe you are using your talents and ability? Are you disciplined regarding your personal finances?

Do you consistently do the “right thing” regardless of the consequences? Do you treat others the way they want to be treated Do you consistently try to bring out the best in others including yourself? Do you have daily rituals to reflect on your choices and take a daily moral inventory? Do you have a plan for what type of legacy you will leave this world?
