This spirited beauty brand is legendary for its creative beauty solutions and laugh-out-loud names like some kind-a gorgeous, skinny jeans, "that gal" and award-winning cult faves like benetint, dandelion and BADgal lash. Who knew that the tiny San Francisco beauty boutique, opened in 1976 by the Ford twins, would become a brand coveted by celebrities, beauty insiders and gals around the globe? Certainly not them!I have wanted to try Benetint for years, but hesitated because I felt selfish spending more than $10 on make-up items for myself. Well, I've just started doing wedding make-up for some of my clients(I'm a hairstylist) & I justified paying a higher price for them. I always buy the highest quality tools. I wish I had bought this sooner. I LOVE it. I use it everyday & it will last forever. A little dab will do ya'. It gives a wonderful, fabulous glow to everyone's complexion. It balanced out blotchiness on one of my clients. Some of my clients have commented on how healthy my skin looks since I've been using it. If you only buy one thing, buy Benetint. I love this blush! I have oily skin and don't like to wear powdered blush. This is great! It gives my face such a nice subtle, rosy and healthy look and stays on all day! I like the rose scent too though it looks as if some do not. I agree with others that the cap isn't very strong. I tightened it too much once and broke it! It's too expensive for that to happen!!! I was on a trip so i had to throw it away. I did my the little pocket size for my travels which is great! The only reason i give it 4 stars and not five is that darn cap! This is the first time I purchased Benetint. I have previously used and LOVED Posietint. I am a very very fair, pinkish skinned girl, so the fine people at Sephora originally recommended the Posietint. That was the only cosmetic I have ever used every last drop of.I decided to take a chance and get the Benetint. It's a little darker, and I didn't know if it would be too intense for my skin. However, it looks very nice!Do not be fooled by the deep burgundy color; it is actually very very subtle. If you like the "I'm wearing makeup" look, this might not be for you. I would say this is more for a casual, natural, girl-next-door look. To be honest, I would probably like it to be darker, but the good news is that you can easily layer it.
