CLINICAL FEATURES SIGNS: ANTERIOR FONTANEL WIDE OPEN AND BULGING, INCREASED HEAD CIRC. DILATED SCALP VEINS SETTING SUN SIGN BRISK TENDON REFLEXES, SPASTICITY “CRACKED POT”SOUND ON TAPPING ASSOCIATED MENINGO MYELOCELE

IMAGING STUDIES X-RAY PLAIN FILMS: SEPARATION OF SUTURES ULTRASOUND- Transfontanelle USS  Ventriculomegaly CT SCAN MRI

THERAPY MULTIDISCIPLINARY:

THERAPY MULTIDISCIPLINARY MEDICAL: ACETAZOLAMIDE FUROSEMIDE SURGICAL : MAIN STAY V-P SHUNT PLACEMENT by Neurosurgeon Shunts may get block,infection,displacement
