Who Can Go? Full-time students, part-time students, alumni. Spouses, partners, and significant others. Non-Stern friends may come, BUT: Stern students, alumni, and significant others will have first priority. Approval must be obtained from EMA and the administration. Trip limited to 100 participants.

The Itinerary: Beijing 3/10 Sat Arrive Beijing in the evening, dinner and explore nearby streets 3/11 Sun Full-day city tour includes the Great Wall, Ming Tomb, will also enjoy some of the best “Peking Duck”. 3/12 Mon Corporate Visit. Tour of Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. 3/13 Tue Full-day tour includes Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace and a trip through Hutongs. At night, we’ll enjoy a Chinese acrobatic dinner. Itinerary subject to change

The Itinerary: Shanghai/Zhouzhuang 3/14 Wed Fly to Shanghai. Visit Shanghai museum, “the bund” (Huang Pu river front) and enjoy a view of Shanghai from the famous Oriental TV tower. 3/15 Thurs Travel to Zhouzhuang by bus. Zhouzhuang is This town is more than 700 years old. The highlight of the visit was a boat tour along the canals. Return to Shanghai in the evening 3/16 Fri Corporate visit. Visit Yu Yuan Garden and Cheng Huang Temple in the heart of the old city. area features the Chinese classic low-rise style architecture. Itinerary subject to change

Passport Information: 

Passport Information Passport: All travelers must have a passport which is valid for at least six months after the trip. Travel Insurance: 

Travel Insurance Personal travel insurance with comprehensive coverage is left at the discretion of the members. A group insurance rate will be researched, and if feasible, offered as an option to travelers.

PayPal: 3-percent surcharge ($154.50) Available on EMA Web site as of Nov. 27 Full payments (End of Jan) Payments to travel agency “Wren & Fida” Checks and major credit cards accepted 3-percent surcharge on all credit cards

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation Policy $150 deposit is non-refundable. Final payment due 1/25/07. For refund / cancellation policy, see “Payment Terms and Conditions” document.
