Did you find the exercise easy to do? Or, did you find yourself reading the words instead of mentioning the color of the words? Reading is a left brain activity. Recognizing colors requires using the right side of your brain. If it was easy for you to follow the instructions, then the right side (creative) of your brain is the stronger side. But if you found that following the instructions in the exercise was difficult for you, that indicates that the left side of your brain (analytical-logical) is the stronger side.
