ESAC SC Report: 

ESAC SC Report Scope Propose to the ESH Committee, the appointment of a liaison and alternate(s) to various non-SEMI entities involved with ESH codes and standards. Encourage cooperation between SEMI Standards and non-SEMI entities involved with ESH codes and standards Provide technical recommendations to influence both SEMI Safety Guidelines and non-SEMI codes and standards with an objective of fewer conflicts and differences Objective/Charter The External Standards Advisory and Coordination (ESAC) Sub-Committee is responsible for providing technical liaison between the task forces of the ESH Committee and various non-SEMI entities involved with ESH standards activities.
