Paragraph 1: 

Paragraph 1 1. cannot (help) but V : 不禁…;忍不住… cannot help + Ving ex: He is so tall that you cannot (help) but notice him. ex: Although she knew she was supposed to be on a diet, she couldn’t help having another bite.
