Loch Haven Park Neighborhood Center : 

Loch Haven Park Neighborhood Center Outdoor Area: has benches, lots of space, and a basketball hoop all set near a lake. Indoor Area: Has a place for snacks, a game room, and a big empty space where different activities can be held.

Activity Day 1 – Shoe Fish : 

Activity Day 1 – Shoe Fish Shoe Fish Materials: Decoration materials (yarn, crayons, glue, glitter, googly-eyes, construction paper etc.) Precut out shapes of different types of shoes (heals, sneakers, flats, etc.) 1 large piece of blue paper

Activity Day 2- : 

Activity Day 2- Activity Day 2 – Beads& Sand Beads Materials: Iron (teacher use only) Wax paper Kit of stencils and plastic beads found out Toy-R-Us or Wal-Mart Sand Materials: Sand kit found at Toys-R-Us table size bins to catch any excess sand

Activity Day 2- Activity Day 3 – Puppets Puppets Materials: Decoration materials (yarn, crayons, glue, glitter, googly-eyes, construction paper, etc.) White paper bags

Activity Day 4 – Picture Frames &Board Games Picture Frames Materials: White cardboard picture frames from Michael’s Decoration materials (markers, crayons, glitter, paint, paint markers, etc.)

Activity Day 2- Activity Day 5 – Chalk Field Day Bubble station Materials: Gallon of bubble liquid form local dollar store Flat containers to pour bubble liquid in Wands of all sizes and colors Chalk Station Materials: Large pieces of chalk in all colors Tic-Tac-Oh No Materials: Large drawn out tic-tac toe board on ground 2 start lines Paper plates in 2 different colors

Driveway Baseball Materials: Red, blue, yellow, orange chalk Large space to draw picture at top-right 2 water baseballs (local dollar store) Bucket full of water Activity Day 5 – Chalk Field Day continued… Checkers Materials: Large pieces of chalk that will stand out on the ground An area to fit a large 6 x 12 checker board (ruler if you want straight lines) Paper plates (red, blue, and ones to represent kings)
