Result The basement waterproofing and all internal finishes were completed by AP Gooch Ltd in a timely and cost effective manner giving a whole new living space for the client.

The layout of the property meant that mechanical means of water Extraction was required due to the Basedrain being able to capture the Water at the weakest point and guide it out via gravity.
