EXPORT CERTIFICATIONEligible Product :EXPORT CERTIFICATIONEligible Product There are approximately 6,000 USDA federally inspected meat or poultry slaughter/processing establishments
There are approximately 80 egg products establishments
All meat, poultry and egg products produced at any U.S. federally inspected establishment are eligible for export

U.S. EXPORT CERTIFICATES :U.S. EXPORT CERTIFICATES FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness, accompanies all consignments of edible meat and poultry products
Certifies that product is from animals that received antemortem and postmortem inspection, has been “inspected and passed” provided by law and regulations of the USDA and is sound (fit for human consumption) and wholesome

Regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is responsible for grading shell eggs

Includes any dried, frozen, or liquid eggs, with or without added ingredients, excepting products which contain eggs only in a relatively small proportion or historically have not been considered by consumers as products of the egg food industry and are exempted by the Secretary
