Travel information How to reach Lednice by plain - you can fly to Prague (CZ), Vienna (A), Bratislava (SK) airports - then continue by car, bus or train to Lednice. by car - from Vienna (direction Brno) through Mikulov (border crossing) to Lednice (max. 2 hours drive) - from Prague highway D1 through Brno (direction Bratislava), exit Podivín to Lednice (about 3 hours drive). by train - from Vienna to Břeclav (border crossing), then by bus or by taxi to Lednice (10 km) - from Prague through Brno to Břeclav, then by bus or by taxi to Lednice - from Bratislava to Břeclav (border crossing), then by bus or by taxi to Lednice The venue Lednice is located in Lednice-Valtice area in the south of Moravia. Between the 17th and 20th centuries, the ruling dukes of Liechtenstein transformed their domains in southern Moravia into a striking landscape. It married Baroque architecture and the classical and neo-Gothic style of the castles of Lednice and Valtice with countryside fashioned according to English romantic principles of landscape architecture.
