Sponsorship: 

Sponsorship IEEE Communications Society provides support to various conferences and workshops. A conference or workshop may identify a technical committee (or committees) which shares the same technical interests but application must be sent to ComSoc Director of Meetings and Conferences, who would directed to all TCs. The technical committee(s) interested then recommends support to the IEEE Communications Society and the Communications Society makes the decision. No workshop or conferences will be sponsored or co-sponsored unless there is endorsement from one or more TCs. The event to be sponsored by AHSN TC should satisfy the following criteria: It should fall within the scope of the TC AHSN. It should have a well-established paper submission and reviewing structure, following standard procedures of quality control and accountability. Fred Bauer, the IEEE Communications Society Meetings & Conferences Director mentioned that 4 clusters have been created – the cluster our TC belongs to is chaired by Joe Evans 60+ conferences are technically sponsored per year Flagship conferences (viz. ICC, Globecom) will be under new format
