Don’t Have Enough Capital in Operations Budget to Keep Up With the Building Needs Our State Aid is at 10% The State is Offering Us $106,392 in EXCEL Aid – The District Will Use It For The Fire Alarm Project We Need to Take Care of Some of the Needs Before They Become Too Great We Need a Long Range Capital Plan in Place
