Completed Building Condition Survey Established Facilities Review Committee Recommendations Made 3/20/06 Renovations Need To Be Done Areas of Concern Noted and Ranked Need to Analyze Program Space Utilization Further System Components should be Evaluated by an Architect A Referendum Should Be Pursued We haven’t stopped: We haven’t stopped Continual Work/Updates Being Done General Maintenance is Ongoing Water Line Repaired Gymnasium Padding Will be Installed Enhancements to Energy Backup Systems Opened up Wall for Shared Classroom Space Fire Alarm System Project Under Way Condensate Tank Will be Replaced What do we know?: What do we know? Our Buildings are Aging Programs are Changing and We Need to Provide Space that Keeps Up Our Assets are Great and They Need to be Preserved Energy is Costly and Means of Conservation Should be Pursued We Need to Become ADA Compliant What is upon us?: What is upon us? Don’t Have Enough Capital in Operations Budget to Keep Up With the Building Needs Our State Aid is at 10% The State is Offering Us $106,392 in EXCEL Aid – The District Will Use It For The Fire Alarm Project We Need to Take Care of Some of the Needs Before They Become Too Great We Need a Long Range Capital Plan in Place Next Steps?: Next Steps?
