Practical 1 Of Course 201: Study of School Management – Management of Infrastructural resources in school. Introduction: The condition and adequacy of school infrastructural facilities has a measurable effect on Teaching- learning process, student- achievement and teacher experience. The quality of school infrastructure has a significant effect on school attendance and drop-out rates. Poor facilities affect the health and productivity of teachers and make retention of teachers difficult.

A classroom is a learning space, a room in which both children and adults learn. The classroom attempts to provide a space where learning can take place uninterrupted by outside distractions.:

A dequacy of school infrastructural facilities The condition and adequacy of school infrastructural facilities has a measurable effect on Teaching- learning process , student achievement and teacher experience. Favorable ambience in school contribute to student attendance and teacher’s Productivity. Poor facilities affect the health and productivity (attendance) of teachers and make retention of teachers difficult. The quality of school infrastructure has a significant effect on school attendance and drop-out rates. Students are less likely to attend schools in need of structural repair, schools that use temporary structures, and schools that have understaffed janitorial services. Students are sensitive to schools' ambience.
