At your home…: 

At your home… If you hear the smoke alarm go off you need to check the door and call the firefighters. Check the Batteries! Right now!

If you smell smoke or see a fire-: 

If you smell smoke or see a fire- Call 9 1 1

Don’t Play with Matches: 

Don’t Play with Matches Matches and lighters are bad for you. Don’t touch matches!

Fireplace Safety: 

Fireplace Safety All fireplaces should have a door or a screen. Don’t leave paper near a fire.

Stop, Drop, Roll: 

Stop, Drop, Roll

If you see a fire…: 

If you see a fire… Know your meeting place.

Candle Safety: 

Candle Safety Don’t leave a candle sitting on the counter. Don’t leave a candle alone.


If you smell smoke, GET LOW AND GO!

Get low and go!: 

Get low and go! Feel the door with the back of your hand. Don’t open it if it is hot!

Fire Response: 

Fire Response If you smell smoke, pull the fire alarm. Use a fire extinguisher to help put out a fire.
