One example is LA FRANCE . There was a war called WAR OF ROSES . We also use rosewater to use as flavor for sweets .TULIPS: TULIPS The people of HOLLAND love Tulips . Every Dutch home has a plant of Tulip at there window sill . When acres of TULIP are in bloom , tourists arrive in flocks to see the unbelievable scene .VIOLETS: VIOLETS It is a flower which is grown in INDIA . They are in purple color. There are white VIOLETS too . The leaves are dark green in color and larger than Violets .HYCINATH: HYCINATH Hyacinth was a beautiful youth loved by both the god Apollo and the West Wind, Zephyr . The youth's beauty caused a feud between Zephyrus and Apollo. Zephyrus blew Apollo's discus off course, so as to injure and kill Hyacinth. Apollo did not allow Hades to claim Hyacinth. Instead, Apollo made a flower, the hyacinth, from Hyacinth's spilled blood.CALLA LILY: CALLA LILY It is evergreen where rainfall and temperatures are adequate Calla lilies grow where there is a dry season . The Inflorescences are large, produced in spring, summer and autumn.FREESIA: FREESIA Freesia is a genus of 14–16 species of flowering plants in the family Iridaceae , native to Africa . Due to their specific and pleasing scent, they are often used in hand creams, shampoos, candles, etc. Color of the flowers range from white to yellow , pink , red and blue-mauve .STATICE: STATICE Statice is a genus of 120 flower species. It is also called as LIMONIUM . The flowers are produced on a branched panicle or corymbs . The individual flowers small (4–10 mm long) with a five-lobed calyx and corolla , and five stamens .VIBURNUM: VIBURNUM Viburnum is a genus of about 150–175 species of shrubs or (in a few species) small trees. It belongs to the MOSCATEL family. They are native throughout the temperate Northern Hemisphere . The flowers are produced in corymbs 5–15 cm across, strongly fragrant in some species.SWEET WILLIAM: SWEET WILLIAM Sweet William is a species of Dianthus and has become a popular ornamental garden plant . It is native to southern Europe and parts of Asia. The flowers are edible and may have medicinal properties. Sweet William attracts bees, birds, and butterflies.
