The project proposes to do so by establishing the EUROGENE web portal as a reference point for the sharing of a critical mass of educational content items and packages, offering an integrated toolset and service for content authors. The Beneficiary must maintain the accounts of the Project and appropriate documentation to support and justify in particular the costs and time reported in his financial statements. All the working time charged to the Project must be recorded throughout the duration of the contract and be certified by the person in charge of the work designated by the Beneficiary or by the duly authorised financial officer of the beneficiary. Please be aware that the costs you’re allowed to charge to the project are: Travel and Subsistence, Personnel and (only for EGF, SEGESTA and SYSTRAN) Other Specific Costs. Each Progress Report describes the work progress and results by work packages and tasks both in terms of work done and of costs incurred.
