Management definition: The attainment of organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling organizational resources.

Leadership Definition: :

Leadership Definition: Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.

Manager vs. Leader:

Manager vs. Leader 1) The manager administers ; the leader innovates . 2) The manager is a copy ; the leader is an original . 3) The manager maintains ; the leader develops . 4) The manager imitates ; the leader originates .
