The official line is... The DITLGBT Society is a society for DIT students who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender, and their straight friends. The Society aims to provide a safe environment for its members to get together for our weekly meetings and the various events we hold throughout the year. While we are predominantly a fun-focused social group we also aim to raise the profile of issues that LGBT students are faced with.
