Its location Greece known since ancient times as Hellas is a country in Southern Europe. A Athens is the nation’s capital and the largest city. Climate The climate of Gre ece is mediterranean with hot and dry summers and winters that can be quit e cold and wet. The weather is mostly sunny and s ummers are usually very hot. I n July and August temperatures usually reach 30 to 35°C, but sometimes even 40°C and more.

And now it is time to present our city ,Agrinio! Agrinio is the largest city of Aetoloakarnania regional of Greece, with 106,000 inhabitants. It is the economical center of Aetoloakarnania, although its capital is the town of Mesolonghi. The majority of the local population was occupied for an important period of time in the tobacco industry. Big tobacco companies were founded in the city, including the famous Papastratos.
