Hi I am trying to use the API to upload files , using REST HTTP Upload , my client first sets the required ppt details and developer key and gets the uploadToken , and I m passing this uploadToken along with the byte[] array of the file to be uploaded , but I always see this error in my account after upload , upload also doesnot take time , in 20 secs I
get the response XML , but when I try to play , it says error "Could not process" , I am attaching a screenshot for the same.

Can't upload

I cannot seem to be able to upload my presentation using authorSTREAM desktop. I clicked on Upload Powerpoint and logged into my authorstream account, but when I click the Upload button nothing happens, I get asked for my login information again (even thought I ticked Remember me before) but the upload never starts.
Any idea of why this might be happening?

Hi,
Try placing sound icon outside the slide area and then upload to authorSTREAM, hope this will help you out.

I chose the "hide sound icon during slide show" option in power point. On my PC they're hidden during a slide show, but they show up on authorstream. How do I hide them on authorstream?
