Hey...Once the video is inserted in the slide from YouTube, it appears like a big cross on the slide. In order to view the video you need to run the slideshow (Press F5 to play the slideshow) in PowerPoint. These videos will play fine in authorSTREAM output as well.

Thank you for sharing the presentation. We checked and found all the hyperlinks added in the file are working fine. Please can you pin point the specific slides where you are facing the hyperlink issue.
May we request you to view the presentations in different Web Browsers. If using Mozilla Firefox for viewing the presentations, please allow the Pop-up blocker.

You received the suspension email due to our integrated system with PayPal, which was not able to recognize the manual payment done by you. The hyperlinks are not functional on the texts and images in the presentations. Eg. http://www.authorstream.com/Presentation/indiamartsuppliers-1419830-709120-120323054524-phpapp02/.

I have been suspended from Pro membership yet I have paid in fact I'm sick of paying does anyone know why please?
I sent e-mails to support they said to ignore it but now refuse to answer my e-mails and it's still suspended

Please follow the steps below to embed audio-
1) Open PowerPoint
2) Click on the insert tab of the ribbon and insert MP3 audio from, audio/sound from file option on the right
3) Download authorSTREAM Desktop - http://www.authorstream.com/desktop/ - a free PowerPoint plug-in for PowerPoint 2007/2010 (ribbon) to upload your presentation with linked audio (WAV, MP3 formats only) on authorSTREAM.
4) Now upload the file from within the PowerPoint using "Upload PowerPoint" button under authorSTREAM tab.

Hi,
The issue that we were talking about is "Preserve" in master slide which caused overlapping of text in authorSTREAM output. This issue has been fixed by our end. The problem that you are reporting is related to text wrapping and some rendering of words, which we have forwarded to our technical team. The technical team is rectifying the issue and will soon fix and update the same on authorSTREAM servers. We value your relationship with us and would request you to wait till then. Please be rest assured that our team is continuously following up on this ( but cannot give you any fixed EOD).
Hyperlinks are working fine on text and images. Please pin point the presentations and slides.

Also please observe the bullets in the slides, they are not the same which we have actually set in our master slide; the conversion process should not affect the texts, fonts, bullets etc.

The text-overlapping issue has still not been resolved even on the recently uploaded presentations. The following presentation: http://www.authorstream.com/Presentation/indiamartsuppliers-1392102-mini-inverter-by-home-automation-india-private-limited-ghaziabad/ , has been uploaded on 17th April, 2012; but still I can see overlapping of texts on 5th to 10th slide. It's fine if the presentations uploaded before November 2011 are undergoing manual-rebuild by your technical team, but please ensure that the uploads after November 2011 do not contain the same.

By hyperlinking the presentations we mean: the texts, images should also be hyperlinked and click-able ,so that just clicking on them a user can redirect to the client's website. Apart from that the clickable-symbo(the mouse-hover symbol) whenever the cursor moves over the hyperlinked portion is also expected.

Hi Sourabh,
The issue has been resolved a long time back and as we mentioned before also you can check all your latest uploaded presentations for that
http://www.authorstream.com/indiamartsuppliers/1 . All the presentations are playing fine without any text distortion or overlapping in the header or footer.
The issue was fixed in November, 2011 all the presentations uploaded before the issue was fixed need to be replaced (read more - http://www.authorstream.com/help/74-replace-presentation/ ) in order to resolve the text distortion or overlapping issue. The technical team is also manually rebuilding the previous uploaded presentations in your account, with new conversion engine. But this is a lengthy process and will take time.
All the presentations that you will upload will have no issues related to text. If you come across any do let us know.

Is there any update ? Please be assured that we cannot proceed on with upgrading our premium account until our issues are resolved.Text distortion error has to be rectified to enable us to continue with authorstream and renew the premium account.

You can create a PowerPoint file and embed media ( WAV, MP3 ) using authorSTREAM Desktop http://www.authorstream.com/desktop/ software, then upload the file from within the PowerPoint using authorSTREAM tab. The media will ship with the PowerPoint and will play fine in authorSTREAM output.
Later you can share the authorSTREAM output link with other people or play it on any system. The output is played on browser with flash, authorSTREAM Desktop add-in is not required.
