I'm trying to search for image and video clips within PowerPoint thru the authorSTREAM tab. However, I am getting a message to "Check my internet connection". My connection is fine, although we use a proxy within our district. Does anybody have any ideas? Do I need a certatin port open or is there a setting I can adjust? I didn't see any "option" tab or anything. Please help!
