Hi,
I am trying to insert a graphic for a presentation, but the every time I search that word on authorSTREAM, a massage appears that says 'Please check your internet connection'. However, internet connection on my computer is working properly. Pl provide a solution for it.

Please send us the zipped 'Logs' folder available at - My Documents\aS Desktop\Logs at support@authorgen.com.

I have the same problem.
I`m behind a proxy....that could be the problem.....
where do I specify the IP of the proxy?

talking about the connection problem, this comes in the log.

I think your proxy server need authentication before connecting to the internet . so you can try image search after authenticate with your proxy server. Or you can contact your system administrator.
